Collections
One internal broad base; what publishes are curated collections. Each is a definition over the store — membership is computed, and entries appear publicly only after review.
A collection names a scope, an audience and a goal, and then draws its members from the store by rule rather than by copying them. That is why the two numbers below differ: a collection can already have members while none of them have cleared review, and the public entry list stays empty until they do.
